Assumer AI Builder

Overview

Introduction

Describe what you want and Assumer builds it in your existing codebase. It reads the repo, plans the change, edits files across the project, runs commands and tests, and shows you the diff to review.

What is AI Builder?

AI Builder is how Assumer's build agent turns a plain-English request into working code. It works inside your project, follows your conventions and rules files, and changes only what the task needs.

Whether you're adding a feature to a SaaS app, a dashboard, an API or an internal tool, you stay in control: you review every diff and decide what gets committed.

How it works

1. Describe

Run assumer in your project and tell it what you want in plain language. Name the files, screens or behaviour involved. The more specific you are, the closer the first result will be to what you have in mind.

2. Plan and build

Use the plan agent to review the approach first, then switch to build with Tab. Assumer edits the files, runs your commands and tests, and shows each change as a diff.

3. Refine and ship

Keep iterating in the chat, use /undo to roll back a step, and edit code yourself whenever you like. When it's right, commit and open a pull request.
