Models

How models work in Assumer: they run through your signed-in account, you switch them per session with /models, and you can track tokens and cost with stats.

Assumer runs models through your Assumer account, so there are no API keys to manage. Sign in once and the models available on your plan appear automatically.

Switch models

• In the terminal UI, open /models and pick a model for the current session.
• Press Ctrl+T to cycle through the variants of the current model, for example different reasoning levels where a model offers them.

Use a fast model for quick edits and questions, and a stronger model for large multi-file changes, hard debugging and planning. See plans and pricing for what each plan includes.

Providers

assumer providers manages the AI providers and credentials connected to your account.

assumer stats

stats shows token usage and cost for your sessions, so you can see which tasks and models use the most.
